Symposium & CE Project Request

Please fill out the following form for a CE course or symposium project request. This will help us provide an accurate estimate. There is a design and web fee for CE course or symposium services.

The web team, designers and communications specialist require a lead time of 10 months. Content must be submitted for all materials, including website, brochures, postcards, ads, etc. at least 10 months in advance of the course. If 10 months lead time is not given, the teams may not have the resources available to accept or complete your request.

Uploading content will help with a more accurate estimate of time. For example, if designing a brochure, submit a Word doc with clearly labeled content for each panel. Send any photos to Ann Greazel agreazel@iastate.edu

Note, you may need Ads and brochures, earlier than the symposium date by a few months. Make this date the earliest date you need a final product.
