The university also offers support for teachers and students. In addition, assistance is available in the form of video tutorials. Video Tutorials
WebCT in 3 Minutes is a collection of video tutorials, each approximately 3 minutes long. The videos are designed to give you quick assistance in accomplishing common –though not always intuitive– tasks in WebCT. Click a title to watch the video.

| WebCT Basics | This video is a basic introduction to WebCT. It shows how to log on, explains the different roles and tabs, and shows how to upload files. |
| File Organization | This video explains how to get your course organized and keep it organized. The main focus is on moving files around that you've already uploaded in your course. |
| Customizing the Menu | This video shows how to customize the menu in your course, removing unnecessary menu items and re-arranging items to better suit your course. |
| Automatic Student Enrollment | This video looks at how to link your course to the office of the registrar so that the correct students are enrolled automatically. You can also find a written tutorial by clicking here. |
