April 16, 2012                Deadline to accept your position and pay $500 deposit (POSTMARK DATE)

July 2, 2012                   Spring 2012 Transcripts due (POSTMARK DATE)

July 15, 2012                 White Coat Ceremony RSVP due 

July 30, 2012                 Proof of Rabies Vaccination/Titer due (Send to Dr. Howard, ISU CVM)

                                      Proof of MMR Vaccinations due (Send to Nurse Dekkers, Thielen Student

August 1, 2012              Deadline to authorize financial aid and set up direct deposit
