Interview Program Schedule
MORNING INTERVIEWS
7:15 am Arrival, check in (Regardless of your interview time, you are expected to be present
for the entire interview program)
7:30 am Welcome from the Dean/Administrators
8:00 am Interviews/College tours (please see below for your interview time and tour time)
If your Interview Time is 8 am, your Tour Time is 9am
If your Interview Time is 9 am, your Tour Time is 10am
If your Interview Time is 10 am, your Tour Time is 11am
If your Interview Time is 11 am, your Tour Time is 8am
8:00 am-12pm Exhibit Hall (2226 Vet Med)/Information Sessions (2532 Vet Med)/Alumni Room
AFTERNOON INTERVIEWS
12:15 pm Arrival, check in (Regardless of your interview time, you are expected to be present

12:30 pm Welcome from the Dean/Administrators
1:00 pm Interviews/College tours (please see below for your interview time and tour time)
If your Interview Time is 1 pm, your Tour Time is 2pm
If your Interview Time is 2 pm, your Tour Time is 3pm
If your Interview Time is 3 pm, your Tour Time is 4pm
If your Interview Time is 4 pm, your Tour Time is 1pm
1:00-5:00 pm Exhibit Hall (2226 Vet Med)/Information Sessions (2532 Vet Med)/Alumni Room
Exhibit Hall Activities (2226 Vet Med)
- Instructional Technology/Demonstration of Tablet PC
- Student Organizations (Posters available throughout the day; representatives will be present from 11am-2pm)
- Lab Coat Sizing
Information Sessions (2532 Vet Med)
- Financial Aid (11am and 1pm)
A Question & Answer session will be available for interested individuals.
- Student Panel (9am, 10am, 2pm, 3pm)
A panel of veterinary students will be present to answer your questions and share their experiences with interested individuals.
The Alumni Room will be the home base for you and your family/friends that come with you. Please remain in this room if you are not attending any of the above activities. Refreshments will be provided and restrooms are located just outside this room. Thank you.
Important things to know
- New security protocols necessitate the following:
– No entry to the building prior to your interview date.
– Only one accessible entrance, via courtyard (exterior door X2500).
– Please do not leave check in area until you have been checked in.
– We ask everyone to remain on the main floor of the building unless you are being escorted on your scheduled tour.
– Please wear your nametag at all times during the period of time you are in the building. Return your nametag when you leave for the day.
- Interview attire: Professional dress
- You are welcome to bring a comfortable pair of shoes to change into for the tour and a change of clothing for after your interview. There are locker rooms and rest rooms available in which you may change.
