Huron Veterinary Hospital, PA in Huron, SD is seeking applicants for an associate veterinarian position beginning in the spring of 2013. Our practice is a four doctor mixed practice consisting of 75% large animal and 25% small animal. The individual we are seeking will practice both large and small animal medicine and surgery and may have an emphasis on either. The large animal portion of the practice is primarily cow-calf, but also feedlot, dairy, equine, and some small ruminant. The practice has a large animal haul in facility and portable hydraulic chutes for field work, each Doctor will be provided a practice vehicle with a vet box. We also have in house CBC and serum chemistry machines, x-ray, ultrasound, electrocautery, ultrasonic dental machine, and excellent support staff.
