Wayside Waifs seeks PT Shelter Veterinarian to join our medical team. DVM and MO license required, shelter veterinary medicine experience and DEA registration is preferred. Successful candidate will work in a team environment to manage the health and care of our shelter animals in our state of the art veterinary clinic. The ideal person for this job is a team player, personable, professional, upbeat, energetic, and demonstrates initiative. Primary functions will include: diagnostics and treatment of shelter animals, management of disease control procedures, provide follow-up medical care for foster and adopted animals and perform spay/neuter surgeries.
