CNN Explores Gender Shift in the Veterinary Profession; Talks to ISU Veterinarians & Students

CNN reporter Tom Foreman visited the College of Veterinary Medicine this week for a story on the impact of gender shift in the veterinary profession. Over the past decades, the number of women entering the profession has increased, with entering classes comprising 70 percent or more females.
Mr. Foreman explores the impact of the gender shift on teaching and the profession in the February 7 broadcast of "American Journey," a television segment which looks at broad-range changes in society.
