Swine HEV: Quantitative RT real-time-PCR
Preferred samples: Serum, liver, bile, feces
Storage conditions: Fresh (+4°C) or ultra-low (-80°C)

PCV2a and PCV2b: Quantitative differential real-time PCR
Preferred samples: Serum, tissues (lungs, lymphoid tissues)
Storing conditions: Fresh (+4°C) or frozen (-20°C)

PCV2 DNA in semen: Quantitative real-time PCR (+internal positive control)
Preferred samples: Semen
Storage conditions: Fresh (+4°C) or frozen (-20°C)

Chimeric PCV1-2: Real-time PCR
Preferred samples: Serum, tissues (lungs, lymphoid tissues)
Storage conditions: Fresh (+4°C) or frozen (-20°C)

Porcine parvovirus (PPV): Quantitative real-time PCR
Preferred samples: Serum, lymphoid tissues, heart (fetuses)

Erysipelothrix spp. differential real-time PCR: Specific for E. rhusiopathiae, E. tonsillarum, and E. sp. strain 2
Preferred samples: Oral fluid, porcine tissues such as skin lesions, liver, spleen, lungs, bacterial isolates
Storage conditions: Fresh (+4°C) or frozen (-20°C)

Erysipelothrix spp. spa A, B, and C differential real-time PCR: Specific for the structural proteins (spa) A, B, and C
Preferred samples: Oral fluid, porcine tissues such as skin lesions, liver, spleen, lungs, bacterial isolates
