The following faculty review deadlines have been established for 2025-2026.
- January 15, 2026: Promotion & Tenure Review – electronic dossiers due from colleges to the Senior Vice President and Provost
- Due to CVM Dean’s Office: November 21, 2025 (Third Friday in November)
- March 1: CVM Term Faculty Advancement – electronic dossiers due from colleges to the Senior Vice President and Provost (this includes Term Faculty)
- Due to CVM Dean’s Office: January 9, 2026
- April 1: Post-Tenure-Review – electronic dossiers due from colleges to the Senior Vice President and Provost
- Due to CVM Dean’s Office: March 15, 2026
- May 1: Preliminary (third year) Review – electronic dossiers due from colleges to the Senior Vice President and Provost
- Due to CVM Dean’s Office: April 15, 2026
- December 1: Annual Performance Evaluations – confirmation of the completion of all faculty annual performance evaluations within the college due to the Senior Vice President and Provost
- Due to Dean/HR’s Office: October 31, 2025
