Current Research
- Investigating quorum sensing–regulated radical SAM–modified peptides in Streptococcus and their roles in bacterial communication, virulence, and host interaction.
- Developing AI-designed antimicrobial peptides targeting foodborne pathogens such as Salmonella and Campylobacter to improve poultry health and food safety.
- Identifying prevention and mitigation strategies for Bacterial Chondronecrosis with Osteomyelitis (BCO) in broiler chickens through nutritional, microbial, and management-based interventions.
