I own a trailer (2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom) in Old Orchard and am looking for a female roommate. Rent is $450 a month plus utilities. Move in would be available around August 1. The kitchen and living room area will be completely outfitted. I’m a neat and laid-back person, and I will be a VM1 in the fall. I currently don’t have a pet, but I plan on getting a cat fairly soon. I own a trailer in the Old Orchard trailer park, with only a couple minute walk to the vet school. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Rent is $600 a month for both of the spare bedrooms (one bedroom could be used for an office if you want) and the second full bathroom. It has a washer and dryer as well as central heat/cool. I will be starting as a VM1 this fall.

Looking for a female roommate in a 3 bed, 2 bath mobile home in Old Orchard. It is a 4-minute walk to the vet school and located close to the clubhouse, pool, and mailroom. Both of us are current VM3s, so we will be in our clinical year. We are both clean and laid-back people. The kitchen and community living area are fully furnished. There is also a small dog and cat living in the trailer, who provide endless cuddles and entertainment. They are both friendly with other dogs, but the cat is not a fan of other cats. Rent would be $475 a month and utilities would be included. Move in available after August 2nd, 2024. Seeking to be a Roommate

I’m a BMS graduate student and am looking for someone who owns a trailer in Old Orchard and wants a roommate. I’m currently renting a room from someone who owns a trailer, but they sold it, and I need to move out before June 1st (preferably a week before if possible). I do have 2 very friendly and sweet short-haired cats. They like to play and cuddle with my roommate’s 2 large dogs, and they also like other cats. They don’t bite, growl, or scratch (people or things), and are great bug exterminators.

Duplex on a quiet cul-de-sac behind the Mucky Duck. 4 bedroom, 2 bath duplex with an attached garage, laundry, storage space and backyard. Rent is $400 per room plus utilities (water is included in rent) which are usually around $50. It’s about a 7 min drive to the CVM and there is a CyRide stop at the corner. Two of us will be a VM4s this year and one of us is a Masters in Agronomy student. We enjoy open-windows and good food.
