A Comparative Approach to Metastasis Biology and Therapy

Chand Khanna, DVM, PhD

Dr. Khanna is the Chief Science Officer at Ethos Veterinary Health and President of Ethos Discovery, which develops novel diagnostics and therapeutics for human and animals with complex medical problems. He is a board-certified diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Internal Medicine (Oncology), and an honorary diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Pathology. He earned his DVM from the University of Saskatchewan. Dr. Khanna completed specialty training at Ontario Veterinary College (Guelph) and the University of Minnesota. Formerly he was a senior investigator at the National Cancer Institute and head of the Pediatric Oncology’s Tumor and Metastasis Biology section. He was also the founding director of the Center for Cancer Research, Comparative Oncology Program. He also was a clinician with a private veterinary referral practice in Washington, DC.
