2005 Patriot Mobile Home for sale. This home is a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom with these at opposite ends of the trailer, making this a perfect set-up for roommates. Home has central A/C and heat. All typical appliances transfer with trailer including washer and dryer, refrigerator, and stove. The park amenities of pool, tennis court, basketball court, community room, and free mower use are included as well. Well-maintained and many updates have occurred during the past few years. Updates include new water heater, front bathroom tub/shower valve replaced with standard delta valve and trim, and new paint with previous owner. In 2020, kitchen island added, deep cast iron sink installed in kitchen, new blinds added, and new stairs built off the back of the home. In 2021, the roof was completely torn off and re-shingled and gutters were added. This was done professionally by Waddle Exteriors.
