Looking for a female roommate in a 3 bed, 2 bath mobile home in Old Orchard. It is a 4-minute walk to the vet school and located close to the clubhouse, pool, and mailroom. Both of us are current VM3s, so we will be in our clinical year. We are both clean and laid-back people. The kitchen and community living area are fully furnished. There is also a small dog and cat living in the trailer, who provide endless cuddles and entertainment. They are both friendly with other dogs, but the cat is not a fan of other cats. Rent would be $475 a month and utilities would be included. Move in available after August 2nd, 2024. Duplex on a quiet cul-de-sac behind the Mucky Duck. 4 bedroom, 2 bath duplex with an attached garage, laundry, storage space and backyard. Rent is $400 per room plus utilities (water is included in rent) which are usually around $50. It’s about a 7 min drive to the CVM and there is a CyRide stop at the corner. Two of us will be a VM4s this year and one of us is a Masters in Agronomy student. We enjoy open-windows and good food.
