Hi there! My name is Lu, and I'm looking for someone to take over my lease (available from the end of April 2024 until July 2025) south of Ames near the research park on Cottonwood Rd. The apartment is a 1,050 sqft, 2B/2B on the first floor, and you’ll be sharing the living room and the kitchen with a male PhD student at ISU College of Veterinary Medicine. The apartment allows pets but with extra fees and further discussion with my current roommate. The apartment doesn’t allow undergraduates.
You pay: $652.5 + utilities that usually run between $30-45 (electricity and water only; heat generated from gas, so usually cheaper in winter)
You have:
Own bedroom (you can also buy/keep some of my furniture if you want to)
Own bathroom (not connected but can be covered by a curtain; comes with a tub)
Walk-in closet
Free garage space
In-unit laundry
Internet
Membership to Ames Fitness Center (10 minutes walk to the south location)
Fast maintenance from the Hunziker property management
Snow removal

Apartment Sublease for Summer - Copper Beech

I was looking for someone to sublease my apartment for the summer of 2024 from May 13th to July 31st. The apartment is in Copper Beech and the address is 805 Coral Dr. Ames, Iowa 50010. It is a 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom apartment and the rent is $1085. It is 5 minute drive to vet school, Hyvee as well as bunch of other restaurants. Please let me know if anyone is interested!
