CVM Students Earn Scholarships at AABP Meeting
Thirty College of Veterinary Medicine DVM students attended the recent American Association of Bovine Practitioners meeting in Minneapolis.
During the meeting several students were recognized with scholarships and awards including:
- Maggie Cronk, VM4, Harold E. Amstutz Scholarship
- Macy Moore, VM4, Zoetis Foundation Scholarship
- Elpida Liakos, VM4, Zoetis Foundation Scholarship
- Chaiden Duitscher, VM4, Francis Welcome Future Dairy Practitioner Scholarship
- Alex Webster, VM4, Merck Animal Health Bovine Veterinary Student Recognition Award
In addition to her scholarship, Moore was also the overall winner of the AABP Student Case Competition. Mace presented on “Antemortem vs. Postmortem: Creating a Real-time Electronic Dashboard to Evaluate Diagnostic Accuracy in Three Large Commercial Feedyards.”
