Student Support

As costs continue to rise for veterinary students nationwide, Iowa State University’s College of Veterinary Medicine is working with alumni, friends and corporations to reduce that cost.

This fall, more than half of the college’s student body will receive private scholarship aid to the tune of more than $725,000. While that figure has grown in recent years, the college is continuing to grow its scholarship pool.

More than $11 million has been raised in student scholarship support in College of Veterinary Medicine's Moving Students Forward Campaign. A good portion of these gifts are endowed funds meaning veterinary students in the decades to come will benefit from our donors' generosity.
