Five College of Veterinary Medicine researchers latest paper is the “In Focus” selection for the July issue of the Journal of Veterinary Diagnostic Investigation.
Co-authors on the paper are Department of Veterinary Diagnostic and Production Animal professors Drs. Pablo Pineyro, Eric Burrough, Marcelo Almeida, Scott Radke and Christopher Siepker.
“Overview of Porcine Interstitial and Bronchointerstitial Pneumonia: Infectious and Non-Infectious Causes” looks at interstitial pneumonia in swine, an important respiratory condition in which inflammation and thickening of the pulmonary interstitlium result in impaired gas exchange and respiratory distress.
