Special imaging available and assays can be readily developed including immunohistochemistry, laser capture microdissection, confocal and hyperspectral microscopy. The clinical pathology laboratory is a full service laboratory specializing in biochemical, hematology, urinalysis, coagulation, and specialized diagnostic testing and is equipped to provide results for a variety of domestic and laboratory species. It is staffed by 3 histotechnologists.
