I’m a BMS graduate student (in CVM) and am looking for someone who owns a trailer in Old Orchard and wants a roommate. I’m currently renting a room from someone who owns a trailer, but their sister got into ISU, and I need to move out before July 1st (preferably a week before if possible). I do have 2 very friendly and sweet short-haired cats. They did like to play and cuddle with my old roommate’s 2 large dogs (1 was a puppy), and they also like other cats. They don’t bite, growl, or scratch (people or things), and are great bug exterminators!

Hello! I am in search of a female roommate for the 2025-2026 school year! I will be a VM2 and am looking for another vet student to live with me. The trailer is located in Old Orchard and is one of the closest trailers to the vet school! 

1996 manufactured trailer home which sits right next to the vet school. Approximately 2 min walk to class. Near Jack Trice Stadium, approximately 14 min walk. Off street parking included. There is a deck and a storage shed with poured concrete floor. Central A/C and furnace. 

Recent updates include:

• New paint throughout – 2025 (planned)
• New carpet in bedrooms – 2025 (planned)
• New flooring in hall bath – 2025 (planned)
• New large deck (8ft x 16ft) – 2025 (planned)
• New water heater- 2024
• New Refrigerator- 2024
• Remodel 2022: new carpet, flooring, gas stove, new windows in bedroom, bathroom (new shower, vanity, and toilet)
• Underside of trailer was insulated and sealed- 2016

I am a VM2 that lives in the Old Orchard trailer park on Apple Place which is right next to the vet school, and I am looking for a roommate. My trailer was built in 2017 and is 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The person renting would get 2 bedrooms, and their own bathroom.
