Roommate Wanted

I am looking for a roommate! I am currently a BMS student at the ISU vet school, but I will be starting my first year of vet school Fall of 2025. I have a mobile home in Creekside, next to Old Orchard Park. My place is near the back of the park so there is little traffic and it is very quiet. It is a 5 minute walk to the vet school or an easy drive, is very close to plenty of walking trails, and has easy access to cyride. The home is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, single wide trailer that has had many updates done to it.
It would include in-house laundry, an updated kitchen, personal 2nd bathroom, wifi, garbage, utilities, a driveway parking spot. The room can either come with the furniture or the renter can move their own furniture in there. The carpet will be replaced this summer of 2025. Amenities include prompt snow removal from streets, access to push lawn mowers, swimming pool, clubhouse, tennis courts, basketball court, playground, and shelters.
I own 2 larger dogs (non-shedding) and would prefer a roommate that loves animals but without any pets of their own. This can be discussed.
The rent would be a flat $725/month.
