Students and Academics

Mission of the Office of the Associate Dean for Academic and
Student Affairs:

We provide the coordination of academic and instructional programs focused on professional veterinary student success through student support, learning materials, curricular improvement, technology infrastructure/support for academic departments, educational outreach/distance education, and global learning opportunities that will positively impact animal and human health.

We are accredited by the AVMA Council on Education (COE) and seek continuous feedback on these standards. Our next site visit will be fall 2017. The pass rate for the NAVLE was 93% in 2014 with an average of a 96.8% pass rate over the past 5 years. Advances the College educational mission by providing the technology infrastructure, information systems, and learning materials that support and enhance education and academic programs.


Provides information for continuous curricular quality improvement and outcomes.

International Programs

Provides global learning opportunities to make a difference in animal and human health.

Continuing Education

Expands the scope of educational outreach through advanced technology.
