Canine Administration Fees
| Routine oral administration with routine urine collection by volunteer method. (Routine administration and routine urine collection includes a one time oral dose and urine collected by volunteer collection at 0 hour, predose, 2, 4, 8, 24, 48 and 72 hours post dose.) |

| If a veterinarian is necessary to do the dose via injection. Single dose with routine urine collection. See above |

| Other procedures used for dosing on a per case basis. Call or e-mail for price. Higher charges may result from the need to involve specialists such as the orthopedic specialist to do an intra-articular or intra-sinovial injection. |

| If urine must be collected by catheter and if blood is collected due to the need in both cases to involve a veterinarian. |
