Interesting Fact
During his DVM education at Iowa State, Dr. Noel participated in the Summer Scholars program and the Swine Veterinary Internship Program.

Dr. Noel says…
“My fascination with pathology and the microscopic basis of disease began early in my education. In veterinary school, I naturally gravitated towards the topics of infectious diseases and diagnostic techniques. In practice, I worked with the VDL when clinical situations necessitated diagnostic intervention and professional input. As a VDL faculty member, I hope to serve veterinarians throughout the state and develop a teaching style that helps students understand how changes at the cellular level lead to clinical illness and patient outcomes.”
