Research Focus & Interests
Dr. Loureiro's research focuses on theriogenology, reproductive physiology, and assisted reproductive technologies in production animals and canines. Specific areas of interest include embryo development, the impact of heat stress on male and female reproductive function, and alternative methods of sterilization.

Honored with the Secretary of Justice Award in recognition of outstanding contributions to K9 reproductive services.
