Eight CVM Faculty, Staff Recognized with ISU Awards

Eight individuals in the College of Veterinary Medicine have received Iowa State University faculty/staff awards. The award winners will be honored in the fall. Recipients include:

  • Dr. Amanda Fales-Williams, professor of veterinary pathology, ISU Award for Early Achievement in Departmental Leadership
  • Dr. Heather Greenlee, professor of biomedical sciences, Regents Award for Faculty Excellence
  • Dr. Yuko Sato, assistant professor of veterinary diagnostic and production animal medicine, ISU Award for Early Achievement in Extension or Professional Practice
  • Dr. Kristen Obbink, public health veterinarian, Center for Food Security and Public Health, Regents Award for Staff Excellence
  • Dr. Phillip Gauger, associate professor of veterinary diagnostic and production animal medicine, ISU Award for Mid-Career Achievement in Research
  • Dr. Melissa Tropf, clinical assistant professor of veterinary clinical sciences, ISU Award for Early Achievement in Teaching
  • Dr. Claire Andreasen, professor of veterinary pathology, University Professor
  • Dr. Locke Karriker, professor of veterinary diagnostic and production animal medicine, Morrill Professor

ISU Award winners
