A New Vet in Town

When Christy Fields purchased a long-time veterinary clinic in Jefferson, Iowa, she also changed the business’ name. “Companion Veterinary Clinic was named ‘Companion’ because that’s because we consider most dogs and cats a part of the family,” Fields said. In addition to her new role, Fields will also continue to work at Lake City Vet Clinic. “Opening a clinic in Jefferson will allow me to not only help the community, and do what I love, but also I can get back into the management part of my job and running a business."
