Working with sea turtles is a way of life for Dr. Craig Harms (’89). He treats sea turtles at the North Carolina Aquarium. At a sea turtle hospital in Surf City, N.C., he teaches medical treatment for the reptiles to fourth-year veterinary students from North Carolina State University. And now he is a co-author of Sea Turtle Health and Rehabilitation, a publication many feel is destined to become the bible of how to diagnose and treat sea turtles.
