Duitscher Family

There are five veterinarians and future veterinarians in the Duitscher family. All play a role in various aspects of the family-owned Dutchland Dairy. The Rolfe, Iowa, family of Rolfe, was recognized at the Iowa State Fair for their leadership and contributions in the field of agriculture with "The Way We Live Award." Family members who have graduated from the College of Veterinary Medicine include Dr. Dean Duitscher ('63), Dr. Dave Duitscher ('96), and Dr. Payton Duitscher ('23). Chaiden Duitscher is a current second-year vet student at Iowa State.
