Prior to receiving her DVM degree, Stephanie Bacon worked as a veterinary technician for six years at the Ludlow Animal Clinic in Massachusetts. “It was always my dream to come back home to practice medicine where I started,” she said. “This is a great place to work.” Looking back at her childhood, Bacon said she always wanted to be a veterinarian. “I dressed up as a vet on Halloween. As a child, I made an adorable vet with my borrowed lab coat and stethoscope and my stuffed animals.”
